Whether you’re just beginning your college education, have already earned some college credits, or simply need to obtain certification, Kendall offers
three tracks to help you meet your goals: *
- Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education (Birth-Grade 3) with Illinois Type 04 Certification Preparation - for those who wish to be eligible to
work with children from birth through age 8 and to teach Pre-K through Grade 3 in environments where certification is required.
- Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education (Birth-Grade 3), non-certification - for those who seek a career in the early childhood field
where certification is not required.
Both tracks offer concentrations in Special Education or Infants and Toddlers.
- Post-baccalaureate, Illinois Type 04 Certification Preparation - for those individuals who already have a bachelors but wish earn certification.
This track offers an optional focus in Special Education to be eligible to apply for an Early Childhood Special Education approval on your certificate.
Kendall offers three convenient formats: Choose a traditional online or on-campus format or
combine the best of both online and on-campus learning with Kendall’s hybrid format.
